About

I've spent 15+ years working inside nonprofits, political campaigns, and associations — basically always in the middle of something messy and high-stakes that needed to make sense fast.

These experiences taught me that most organizational problems are really information problems. Things break down when knowledge isn't shared, communication isn't systematic, and no one's quite sure what anyone else knows. I come in and fix that.

I'm a certified project manager with an MA in public policy from UChicago. I work fractionally, which means you get senior-level thinking without a full-time hire.

When I'm not doing this: I'm curating my Little Free Library, helping my dog canvass the neighborhood for compliments, or playing volleyball whenever my schedule and lower back permit.
